All-Star Information
Our season runs from June - April. We take the month of May off, with the option for a tumble class.
Competitions begin in October and run through April.
All competitions are mandatory!!!

Practices for All Star Cheer National Championships are held here throughout the year. In Flight Gymnasium is a certified member of the US All Star Federation. As such, we take seriously the work that it takes to succeed in these competitions - and we don't lose sight of the fun involved too. You won't be disappointed with our approach when you sign up.
We have a separate cheer floor, with a Palmer Spring Competition Size flooring also for the benefit of training we have a 30" tumble track with dismount mat. This room also has mirrors in order for girls to see how to improve on their skills. It also has it's own sound system. Our goal for this separate room is to keep the cheerleaders, in-training focused, without distractions from observers and other classes. Parents, however, will be able to watch their children on a closed screen TV set in another area of the gym.
Join us for any of our classes. We have training available for boys & girls suitable for ages 3 to 18: There is a place for everyone, from beginners to advanced.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE CHEER EXPERIENCE. OUR COACHES WILL TEACH EACH ATHLETE EVERYTHING THEY NEED FOR THEIR LEVEL!

Junior's A330's Ages 14 years and younger - $80.00/month

Our Head Coach is Certified by USASF in Levels 1-4 and CPR trained.
